I'm Gonna Hate Myself For Doing This...

I am a VERY modest person. I used to wear a bikini (which feels like an eternity ago), but I can almost bet that I will NEVER wear one again. So needless to say, the pictures are pretty graphic of me in workout shorts and a sports bra - So brace yourself! By doing this, my goal is to see how much my body changes over time. (Granted that it has changed a lot since the beginning of June).

Yeah! Another workout completed, and I was feeling STRONG!

sarah, you look AWESOME!!! you are SO brave!!! i really need to get some pics up--i read that in one of jillian's books (i think)... to take pics and watch your progress... i really wish i would have now--i think it would be a GREAT motivator for me right now!!!!! sometimes, i start to get used to the changes and feel like i haven't changed AT ALL!! i need to post though that my weight is finally starting to move DOWN!! i had been the same for SO long--gaining muscle which weighs MORE than the fat i was losing!! uhhh, the process is SO HARD!! you are doing AWESOME and really inspiring me through your blog!!! THANKS SO MUCH, FRIEND!!... did i mention that you look AMAZING?!!!

Thank you Sara. I thought & prayed about putting pictures like this on here. I HATE people seeing the body that is underneath clothes. But after talking with my wonderful husband about it (who was all for it) I did it. I feel that it's one of the biggest ways for people to see changes. I just wish I would have taken pictures like this at the very beginning because my body has already changed so much. I also took measurements that also let me know how many inches I've lost.
The scale can be very frustrating, especially when muscle building is involved. But just so you know, I can take one look at you and tell you that you have lost alot of weight (or inches) you look gorgous (as usual!)

Sarah- I'm admiring your defined abs! Wow! Now I'm going to go do 100 crunches right away because I'm jealous!!

You are SOOO brave putting up pictures, and you look great!

Meghan, funny because that was the biggest worry of mine. My stomach is still discolored from the bruising I had when I was giving myself the shots while pregant with A. It's gone away alot, but I sometimes wonder if it will ever go away.
